The processing fee is charged to cover the costs and administrative effort involved in operating the Ticket Exchange.
This includes, among other things:
- The technical provision and maintenance of the Ticket Exchange
- Secure payment processing
- The automatic ticket transfer between seller and buyer
- The processing and management of ticket data
Important Note
The re-personalization fee is already included in the processing fee. Therefore, after the ticket has been transferred, the buyer can personalize the ticket in their own name without incurring any additional re-personalization charges.
